About Me
My research explores discrimination in various settings using economic theory, empirical analysis, and the scientific method. I love experimental economics because it allows researchers to causally estimate interventions or relationships. Additionally, I'm constantly thinking of ways to motivate experiments. What can we observe with data today? What are some fundamental relationships that we can causally estimate through an experiment?
Outside of research and teaching, I spend most of my time cooking, watching comedy, watching different HBO shows, listening to audiobooks (my favorite narrator is Michael Kramer!), and walking my dog. Occasionally, my husband and I like to venture out into nature for a hike. We also enjoy heading into the mountains to ski, although I'm more of a "lodge skier."
